Initial Physiotherapy Consultation 1 hr / £50.00
Your initial consultation will include a detailed history of your condition and any relevant past medical history, followed by a full clinical examination. We will then work together to develop an effective treatment and management plan. Please allow suitable clothing for this. You are welcome to bring along a friend or relative as a chaperone.
TeleHealth (virtual) Physiotherapy Consultation

Treatments will be implemented and your progress monitored against agreed goals.
Sports Massage 1 hr / £45.00
Sports massage is a specific application of massage techniques, flexibility and range of motions and strength-training principles utilised to achieve a specific goal when treating an individual. Please contact us should you wish to discuss this further.
Pilates
Pilates class £8, 1 hr (15 people max). A NEW LOCATION WILL ALLOW THIS CLASS TO REOPEN AGAIN SOON.

Small Pilates class £10, 1 hr (4 people max). PhysioPhilosophy Clinic, 77 East Street, Hereford, HR1 2LU.

Pilates one to one session £30, 1 hr at the PhysioPhilosophy Clinic.

Surgery is just the first rung in the ladder of rehabilitation. Regaining strength, balance and proprioception, range of motion and confidence will be required for optimum results. At PhysioPhilosophy you will have access to an experienced physiotherapist who has been a lead in delivery of many residential courses to large cohorts of injured and wounded personnel at military rehabilitation units and who has worked together with Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Consultants, Podiatrists and Exercise Rehabilitative Instructors. Structured and evidence-based Functional Outcome Measures will be used to provide you with the desired information to aid a safe and effective progression of post-operative rehabilitation.

Payments are via: cash, BACS and debit card. Invoices can be sent – 2 week payment.

Online payment is with BACS or Paypal. – details provided on request.
Late Cancellations or Missed Appointments 
All cancellations must be made 24 HOURS before scheduled appointments or a full fee will be levied.

Forgotten or missed appointments will also incur a full charge.
